Back to Seasonal Norms

TODAY/TOMORROW: The front is exiting the state this morning and today will feature a partly sunny sky, breezy and cooler conditions; highs will be near 60°. Tonight should see temperatures settle back down into the lower 30s. Then for the final work day of the week, we are expecting mainly sunny conditions, with highs will be in the mid 50s.

THE ALABAMA WEEKEND: We are going to see days that feature more sun than clouds, and calm, fair nights. Highs Saturday and Sunday will be in the lower 50s. Overnight lows are heading back below freezing and will range in the 30 to 34 degree range for most of us.

FOR NEXT WEEK: Much of the week will feature a mix of sun and clouds and we look to stay dry as well. Temperatures are expected to start moderating and we should see highs Monday in the 50s, and then likely lower 60s the rest of the week. No major storms systems showing up in the models, and the weather looks to be rather tranquil as we head into February.
