First Tenant Moves into World Trade Center

The first tenant moves in Monday at One World Trade Center in lower Manhattan.

The 104-story skyscraper, which cost nearly $4 billion to build, now dominates the city’s skyline, replacing the destroyed twin towers.

Publishing giant Conde Nast is the first business to occupy its new offices there.
