From the West Alabama Newsroom–  Two and a half years of unanswered questions may be answered for one Dallas County family. They are hoping to finally get some closure regarding the disappearance of a loved one.

Authorities say bones that could be the remains of 90 year old Adline George were found in Beloit Saturday by a group of hunters.

George wandered away from home back in July of 20-12. D-N-A testing is being done to positively identify the remains.

George’s family is hopeful that they’ll finally get some closure in the case. Loretta Thomas is George’s daughter.

“Yes, we’re hoping and praying that it is her because its been like two and half years and we just been going through so much,” she said.

Officials say it could take several weeks to get results back from the D-N-A testing.
