From the West Alabama Newsroom–  Two people are shot and two others are behind bars after a series of shootings in Marengo County.

Sheriff Ben Bates says the victims were shot at a convenience store Friday night in Magnolia. Bates says there was also a mobile home shot up on Saturday and a car shot up Sunday.

Maurice Pritchett and Gayron Prichett of Wilcox County have been arrested and charged with Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle. No arrests have been made in the other two shootings.

“Sometimes incidents like this, nobody knows anything,” said Bates. That’s why we have to check it out, check each individual and we also ask that anybody, any eye-witness that seen anything would come forward.”
