Humidity falls Friday as drier air behind a “cold” front enters our area. Temperatures warm to near 90° with a sunny sky.
A few rounds of showers and storms appear possible through Thursday. One may arrive in west Alabama late Wednesday afternoon, and move through our area during the evening.
Monday looks partly cloudy and hot with high temperatures approaching 90°. Again, a handful of showers or storms form during the afternoon, and linger into the evening.
Rain remains possible Sunday. However, it comes in the form of isolated to widely scattered daytime showers and storms.

Thursday was mainly cloudy for many locations in central and south Alabama. Cloud-cover certainly kept temperatures cooler, with highs shy of 80° for some.
