Very hot and humid weather continues Friday across central and south Alabama. Another heat advisory covers all of our area. Afternoon heat indices peak near or above 105°.

July begins very hot, but with lower chances for rain this week
High temperatures remain very hot throughout the first week of July. Although, humidity looks a bit lower Monday. That should keep heat indices near or below 100°.

Sunday looks very hot and humid, with highs in the mid 90s and peak heat indices of 108°. The first heat advisory of summer ’24 covers all of central and south Alabama from 10AM to 7PM Sunday.
