An expansive cloud deck extends well to our west, and these clouds continue to stream across the state Tuesday night. However, they appear very unlikely to produce any rain. Meanwhile. temperatures still fall into the 50s overnight.
Clouds do not produce any rain Halloween evening. Temperatures remain mild, falling from the low 60s at 7PM to the upper 50s by 11PM. Overnight lows fall into the low 50s.
Light rain continues mainly east of I-65 Sunday evening. Elsewhere, the sky remains cloudy with temperatures in the 60s. Sunday night lows range from the mid to upper 50s with the remaining rain gradually tapering off.
Rain becomes more likely with time late Saturday evening and Saturday night. Some storms could be in the mix, but strong to severe storms look very unlikely overnight. Otherwise, the sky remains cloudy with lows in the low 60s.
Much of Saturday could be dry, albeit with a mostly cloudy sky. Rain arrives late in the day in west Alabama, and might be most widespread Saturday night.
Showers and storms return to our forecast Tuesday. Unfortunately, some of those storms may become strong to severe. Also, the severe risk increased west of I-65 in Alabama since Sunday’s initial severe weather outlook.
The sky remains a mix of sun and clouds Monday, with high temperatures in the low 80s. Rain and storms return Tuesday. While we could use some rain, unfortunately, a few storms may become strong to severe.
Clouds increase somewhat Saturday night, with at least a partly cloudy sky overnight. Although, temperatures still fall into the 40s areawide. Sunshine may increase by Sunday afternoon, with highs near 80°.
Temperatures fall from near 60° at 7PM to near 50° by 11PM. Overnight lows range from about 40-45° with a clear sky. With temperatures remaining warmer than the last couple nights, frost looks unlikely early Saturday morning. Afternoon temperatures trend warmer this weekend.
Thursday looks warmer than Tuesday or Wednesday, with highs in the mid to upper 60s. The sky remains sunny with a few passing high clouds. Thursday night looks clear and cold with lows in the mid to upper 30s.
