Governor Ivey Signs Bill Waiving Interest on Late Payments for 2020 Extended Tax Filings

Governor Kay Ivey has signed SB 352 to waive interest on late payments on individual 2020 income taxes. Earlier this year, the U.S. Treasury Department and IRS extended the federal filing and payment date from April 15 to May 17.
