A suspect is on the loose after an armed robbery at a Pike Road Convenience Store. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says an unknown male held the clerk at gun point while taking an undetermined amount of money. Georgia Woman Killed in I-85 Crash

A LaGrange, Georgia woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Macon County, according to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials. Lana Daniel, 81, was killed when the 2005 Chevrolet Suburban she was driving was hit by a 2007 Cadillac Escalade on Interstate 85. Alabama Woman Convicted in Girl’s Running Death Dies

An Alabama woman serving life without parole in her granddaughter’s running death has died. A prison spokesman says 50-year-old Joyce Hardin Garrard died Friday, five days after being stricken at the state’s women’s prison.
