The state attorney general’s office told the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday that a…

Suspension or Removal may Help Chief Justice Roy Moore

The latest suspension comes after the Judicial Inquiry Commission filed ethics charges against Moore this past Friday, accusing him of abusing his authority and failing to respect the judiciary.

The controversial conservative Chief Justice Roy Moore makes waves throughout the judicial system once again. The complaints this time say Moore told state probate judges to enforce the state’s ban on same-sex marriage despite the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling legalizing it. Alabama residents have their own opinions about him. “If he’s gonna be a politician and that is what he…

MANE Needs Your Help in Getting a New Horse

MANE stands for Montgomery Area Nontraditional Equestrians. It's a place where some special students at Flowers Elementary get to go every week. And they could use your help in getting another horse to add to the stable.

It’s time to saddle up! For these students in Ms. Jones’ class, it’s their favorite time of the week. “We were early because they were telling me it’s time to go, we’ve got to go! So we got up and left,” said Jones. The students are part of the PALs program. “Most of my children are children with Downs. I…
