Abused Dog “Tulip” Finds New Home

There is good news to pass along about a neglected and abused dog. "Tulip" the chihuahua's story has gotten a lot of attention on social media and because of it, she has a good home.

“Tulip” was found neglected in a mobile home park in Bullock County. The Bullock County Humane Society was called into the rescue. Alabama lawmakers ended the 2016 session with three big items of unfinished business: the oil spill settlement division; Medicaid funding and prison construction. Gov.
