State Working with Law Firm on Lawmaker Pay

State officials are working with a law firm to try and determine the median household income in Alabama, which could determine the salaries of state lawmakers in the coming year. Police Chase Ends When Car Plunges Down Ravine

A driver police say led them on a chase is in critical condition after his car crashed off a closed bridge and plunged down a ravine in northern Alabama. Authorities say they’ve apprehended a suspect in the killing of a man at a Tuscaloosa business.
