Montgomery police have launched a death investigation after a woman died from a gunshot wound.

Tuskegee Mayor Tony Haygood says the new owner is working with Pilot Travel Centers, which has the largest network of travel centers in North America.
Around 4:32 p.m. today, officers responded to a local hospital in regards to people shot.
The press conference will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
