Officers and fire medics were called just around 2:00 p.m. to the 2700 block of Locust Street. That’s just off Ann Street.
The fatal shooting happened just before 3:00 p.m. Thursday in 6800 block of Eastchase Parkway.
The unidentified 14-year-old was taken into custody on January 3.
73-year-old Charles Allen Armstrong was last seen on December 17 around 6:00 p.m. in the area of Whiting Avenue.
The shooting happened on October 24 at an apartment complex on Carter Hill Road.
Montgomery Fire/Rescue has identified the employee as Lt. J.W. McMicken.
The victim’s injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
The shooting happened around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday night in the 3800 block of Governors Drive.
