The shooting happened at around 2:30 early Saturday morning on the 1500 block of Mabry Street.

A third victim, Tymantha Underwood, she was 36 years old. She suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot injury and she was treated for her injuries as well.”
Perry says 52 year old Jerry Thomas was identified as the alleged shooter during the preliminary investigation of the case. Officers were able to locate Thomas — and place him under arrest.
“He was taken into custody without incident. The charges will be two counts of murder and there will be one count of assault in the first degree.”
