Trojans scrimmage for first time of fall camp on Saturday

TROY, Alabama – The Troy football team capped off its opening portion of fall camp with its first scrimmage of the fall in Veterans Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
The Trojans scrimmaged for over two hours. Head Coach Neal Brown saw positives on both sides of the ball during the scrimmage, which wrapped a string of eight straight days on the practice fields for the Trojans. The players were off Sunday, but will return to the practice field Monday and Tuesday before school starts on Wednesday.
