Apartment Complex Groundbreaking Near Maxwell Air Force Base
New apartments will soon be built close to Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery.
Stone River Property Management out of Brimingham plans to purchase a five acre plot of land, where they want to build a 165-unit complex.
The land purchase is expected to be completed within the next 30 to 45 days, and will cost around $600,000. Construction on the project is set to begin in 2015.
