It’s a chilly Presidents Day
This week will be one of the six that the Groundhog warned us about.
A cold rain is expected to begin late Tuesday night, and continue into much of the day Wednesday. A stronger shot of cold air will follow the rain, holding temperatures in the 40s on Thursday despite abundant sunshine. Many locations are likely to drop into the lower 20s around sunrise on Friday.
