MPD Investigates Shooting on Dobbs Drive

Montgomery police are investigating an early morning shooting. It happened around 9:40 this morning in the 3-thousand block of Dobbs Drive. 

Someone called police saying someone had been shot. 

A man was take to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

Since then his injuries were downgraded to non-life threatening. 

There is no one in custody.
