Man Charged with Attempted Murder in Pike County Shooting
Pike County authorities are investigating a shooting.
Officers found a man laying in the parking lot of Wards Grocery on Highway 167 around 5:45 Wednesday morning. He had several gunshot wounds. William Joseph has been charged with attempted murder in the shooting. He was also found with drug parahphernalia.
The victim is currently in the ICU at Montgomery’s Baptist South Hospital.
