Fatal Wreck shuts down Southbound lanes of Interstate 65
A two-vehicle crash at 2:30 a.m. today, April 4, claimed the life of a Kimberly man.
Andrew Palmer Doss, 36, was killed when the 2007 Chevrolet HHR he was driving struck a 2015 Freightliner tractor trailer on Interstate 65 at the 214.7 mile marker, three miles north of Clanton, and caught fire.
Doss was pronounced dead at the scene. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
