Childhood Cancers Can Lead to Future Health Problems
A new study find childhood cancer survivors face ongoing health problems even decades later.
Researchers in Utah found survivors are 52% more likely to be hospitalized at least five years after their original diagnosis then people who don’t have cancer.
Reasons include blood disorders, more cancer and infections.
