Annual Prayer Walk Held in Montgomery

About 250 people gathered at the Union Station train shed Saturday morning with a mission to pray.
It was all part of the third annual River Region Prayer Walk. Beauty By Fire Ministries and other churches came together. All denominations were welcome.
The group walked to different stops around downtown praying for different groups like first responders and local politicians.
Teddye Gandy, Pike Road Baptist Church minister said, “I believe it shows our dependence on God that we need god. And we need god not only in our lives in the community, in our city in the nation.”
Organizers say the events grown each year….they are already looking forward to the fourth annual walk.
