This Thursday, the stakes will be higher than usual in the gridiron clash between rivals Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee high schools. For the first time in 12 years, the schools will be fighting for the “Battle at the Bowl” trophy. Jeff Davis won the last Battle at the Bowl in 2003 by a score of 23-6.
