3 People Injured From a Shooting this Weekend

Three people are injured after a shooting in the capitol city this weekend. Police say the victims were shot in the 2400 block of east south boulevard saturday night. All three victims were expected to be out of the hospital yesterday.No arrests have been made.   Categories: News

Elmore Co. Officials Arrest 2 Men After Burglary

Elmore county officials arrest two men after a burglary. Justin Koerner and Brandon Stodghill are behind bar after police say that they burglarized a home in Wetumpka off highway 231. Law officers in northern Alabama are searching for an inmate they say failed to return from a work-release assignment. Authorities say 24-year-old Christopher Chase Sapp of Hillsboro was being held for failing to appear in court.  Authorities say a 7-year-old child was killed after being caught in the crossfire of a shootout between two men as the boy attended a birthday party in Greensboro.
