Another round of rain arrives late Wednesday afternoon, lingering through Wednesday evening. The next round of rain arrives in advance of a cold front, which pushes through our area overnight.
Monday looks partly cloudy and dry, but temperatures only rebound into the 50s during the afternoon. Monday night looks mostly clear and cold, with lows in the upper 20s.
Saturday night turns colder with a clearing sky late. Temperatures fall into the 40s. Sunday and next week remain colder, as winter-like temperatures return to our area for a while.
Multiple rounds of rain and storms affect our area between Friday afternoon and Saturday. Some storms may become severe, capable of damaging wind and perhaps a few tornadoes.
Wednesday looks like another very warm January day, with highs in the mid to perhaps upper 70s. Low clouds and fog fill the sky again Wednesday night, while temperatures only fall into the 50s to low 60s.
Monday looks partly to mostly cloudy, with highs in the 60s. Tuesday also looks partly to mostly cloudy, but dry, with high temperatures in the low 70s.
Saturday night turns cooler with a clearing sky in the wake of the front, with lows in the 40s. Some fog may develop early Sunday morning, but by the afternoon, Sunday turns into a mild day with sunshine.
Showers and even some storms remain possible Saturday, as a cold front slides south into our area. The chance for rain/thunder looks best across the far south part of the state, especially by the afternoon.
Sunshine returns Monday, but temperatures only warm into the low 50s at best, with brisk northwest winds upwards of 15 mph and gusts over 20 mph at times.
