3 Degree Guarantee: Help A Brother Out Foundation gets $1,150 check
We are happy to give away another 3 Degree Guarantee check to a local charity.
How it works:
Every night in the 10pm news, one of our Weather Authority meteorologists gives out his 3-Degree Guarantee by predicting the next day’s official high temperature for Montgomery. The next night in the 6pm news on WAKA, our meteorologist lets you know what the official high temperature was out at the airport.
If his prediction is right, or within 3 Degrees of being correct, WAKA Action 8 News will donate $25 to the charity of the month. The goal is to be right more often because it raises money for our nonprofit partners!
